Can there be multiple administrators for a single account? |

Yes. The original administrator who sets up the account can add other administrators. |
Can a child use a different browser to get around parental control settings? |

No. If a parent turns on content control in Web-based programs, then a child will not be able to use another browser on that PC to get around the settings. |
How do I add accounts for each of my children? |

The MSN parental controls help you decide how your children use the Internet. You can filter Web content and stay informed with a weekly activity report. In order to set up the controls, the primary account holder (the person paying for the MSN account) must sign into MSN. Then, under "Help & Settings," choose "Member Accounts and Billing" and then select "Add a Secondary Account." (Up to 10 additional users can be added and are included in your MSN subscription cost.) Then you can customize the parental controls settings for each user through an easy guided process. |
